AKUMULYATOR-Center App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AKUMULYATOR-Center App, a TikTok integration operated for akumulyator.center by AKUMULYATOR-Center.

These Terms of Service are available from the footer of the akumulyator.center homepage at https://akumulyator.center/app-terms-of-service/.
Purpose of the app
AKUMULYATOR-Center App is used by authorized AKUMULYATOR-Center staff to connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and to publish approved AKUMULYATOR-Center marketing videos through the TikTok Content Posting API.
Selected TikTok products and scopes
The production review request for AKUMULYATOR-Center App is limited to the products and scopes below:
- Login Kit:
user.info.basic, used only to identify the authorized TikTok account and show connection status. - Content Posting API:
video.publish, used only to directly publish videos that an authorized AKUMULYATOR-Center user has selected and approved. - Content Posting API:
video.upload, used only to upload approved videos as TikTok drafts when the authorized user chooses draft upload mode.
The app does not request or use Display API, video list access, profile analytics, advertising management, ad budgets, comments, messages, follower lists, payment data, or TikTok Shop data in the submitted workflow.
Authorized use
You may use this app only if you are an authorized representative of AKUMULYATOR-Center and you connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are permitted to manage. You are responsible for the videos, captions, product references, and other content you choose to publish.
Content review and publishing
Videos published through AKUMULYATOR-Center App are selected and approved by an authorized user before submission to TikTok. Captions, visibility settings, product claims, and compliance with TikTok rules remain the responsibility of the authorized TikTok account user.
Acceptable use
You must not use the app for unlawful content, misleading claims, spam, unauthorized account access, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that violates TikTok's terms, policies, or developer rules.
Service availability
The integration depends on TikTok APIs, user authorization, sandbox or production review status, and akumulyator.center availability. AKUMULYATOR-Center may suspend or change the app at any time to protect accounts, comply with policy, or maintain the website.
